I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients a 24 hour advance notice is greatly appreciated when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill in that spot. Clients will always receive a reminder one week prior and then again 24 hours before the scheduled time to confirm their appointments.

No Shows

A simple call text, or email before your scheduled appointment is required. If you fail to Call or Show to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled session to the debit/credit card on file. If the card is declined or if there is not a card on file, an invoice will be emailed and no further appointments will be scheduled until the missed appointment is paid for. For VIP packages or any appointment scheduled during a sale, the session will be deducted from the pre-paid amount on your account.

Late Arrivals

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time to accommodate late arrivals. There will be no adjustment in price for late arrivals. Please be on time for your scheduled appointment.

Sessions

All 60 and 90 minute sessions are STRICTLY for full body massages. If you are only wanting a back massage, please schedule either a chair massage or a mini massage. Both of these sessions are 30 minutes. If you show up to a 60 or 90 minute session and request only a back massage, your appointment will then be changed to a 30 minute session.

NO EXCEPTIONS!
